Robert Maraziti is a painter living and working in Miami, Florida. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, he earned his M.F.A. in painting at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, California. He began his career in the creatively fertile San Francisco Bay Area as a painter and art director. In 1989 he was invited to the prestigious Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass, Colorado, where he was an artist in residence in painting for two years. Maraziti’s work has been the recipient of numerous national awards for excellence in design and many of his artworks can be found in both public and private art collections in the United States and abroad.

My work is a discovery of the connection between individual gesture and universal natural forms. Through the in-process documentation of the work I am able to see and follow the work both as instinctive and measured.”
